Nepal Health Workers and Employees Union Sheer Memorial Adventist Hospital, Banepa, has objected to the reduction of labor exploitation and behavior of the employees working in the hospital.

Although the Sheri Memorial Hospital has been operating smoothly since its inception in 1960, the employees have become victims of exploitation due to the arbitrary and opaque financial manipulations of the hospital’s executive chief Dr. Dal Mole and the heads of the administration committee. The service facilities provided by the hospital have deteriorated due to lack of standardization, it has been mentioned in the release.

The Corona Virus Covid-19 epidemic has made a single decision to pay only half of the full salary in April. Raj Kumar Shrestha, chairman of the Nepal Health Workers and Employees Union Sheer Memorial Hospital, Banepa, said in a statement that no information has been given on when and how the remaining salary will be paid.
